We provide discreet, professional services tailored to the unique needs of yacht crew and leadership. Our services include pre-employment screening and assessment, preventative and crisis support for existing crew, onboard team building for when new and existing crew are coming together for the first time, and everything in between.

Pre-employment Screening
Our pre-employment screenings include drug testing and background checks and make up our first line of defense in preventing onboard issues. Drug testing is offered both as a pre-screening service or can be administered on an ongoing basis. Drug tests can be conveniently administered onboard or can be setup at the nearest testing facility.

Pre-employment Assessment
Pre-employment assessments are our most robust option for getting to know your new crew before they're hired. Completed by our clinical psychologist, assessments allow you to screen for a variety of issues and cover things like medication history, substance use, personality factors, and ability to manage stress and/or conflict. Our assessments are a valuable prevention tool because they not only have the ability to mitigate risk, they can also help you assemble a cohesive crew.

Mental Health Support and Coaching
We understand that life at sea comes with unique challenges. Even the most experienced and well-adjusted crew members can struggle with the demands of the job and the stress of being away from home. Having a confidential space to process stress, prevent burnout, or work through interpersonal challenges before they grow can make all the difference between a cohesive crew and one weighed down by drama and disconnect.
Support services are offered as regular virtual appointments with a licensed mental health specialist. These include psychotherapy - clinically driven sessions aimed at healing unresolved issues, or coaching - more goal-directed sessions with an emphasis on present and future functioning. While there is some overlap between the two, their purposes are distinctly different. We provide ongoing consultation so that you can confidently choose the type of support that best suits each crew member.

Crisis Support
Even with the best preventative tools, maritime professionals are still susceptible to crises. High-stress environments, isolation, fatigue, and long stretches away from home can intensify emotional strain. Unexpected events such as medical emergencies, interpersonal conflict, accidents, or loss can also have a significant psychological impact. In these instances, having access to confidential, professional support is essential to help individuals stabilize, recover, and continue performing safely and effectively.
Crisis services are offered as individualized programs based on the specific events and its impact on crew. In certain situations, a single virtual session is enough to help stabilize following a crisis. In more severe situations, onboard support for the entire crew is essential. Our team is experienced in treating and responding to traumatic situations and handle crises with the highest level of compassion and professionalism.

Onboard Teambuilding and Executive Coaching
Our executive coaching packages are an excellent resource when morale is low, motivation is declining, and leaders are following. Offered onboard by our highly skilled systems therapist, these services emphasize the importance of overall crew cohesion in order to realign with the goals and values of the program as well as each crew member's individual goals.
When crew tension has disrupted the onboard dynamic, conflict resolution services are an excellent choice. These services are offered onboard or virtually and conceptualize each situation from a family therapy perspective. This ensures the focus is on relationships, not just problems, and reestablishing onboard equilibrium.
